If you feel that we may be able to assist you or your family, please contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours subject to availability of a network member.  We ask that you should understand that a majority of our network members have jobs and are giving up their time to assist in the voluntary work of Proboco. 

The process for qualifying for our help is simple.

1.We invite suitable applicants to send a summary of their needs by email. 

2.The application is reviewed for compatibility with our guidelines. 

3.If accepted, the application is made available to our network to consider and to offer their expertise. 

4.When the applicant receives a confirmed offer of assistance, we begin our work.

If you are confident that you can adhere to our strict procedures, please use the contact page to register your initial interest and one of us will respond, usually within 7 days.
